Where can I find the Product/Sku/Model number of the tool I have?

This number can be located on the front page of your owner's manual or on the tools product specification label. This number is also typically located on the product packaging


How do I find the part number for the part I require?

All part numbers can be found in their respective owner's manuals which have been conveniently loaded to this website. The manuals can be located on our home page. Please search according to the retailer then Product/Sku/Model number. Part numbers are listed at the back of each manual with an exploded diagram to help you identify the part required.


What do I do if I have a question about an item or if I am experiencing problems with a product?

First thoroughly read your owner's manual as you may find the answer to your question or solution to your problem. If your not able to resolve the issue please call our toll free Customer Service phone number and we will troubleshoot over the phone in order to get the problem resolved.


Can I purchase parts for a discontinued product?

Yes, simply call one of our Customer Service Representatives. Please ensure you have the (Sku/Model/Product) number of the tool and part number of the item you wish to order.


How do I place an order for a warranty or non-warrantied part?

Your order can be placed by calling our toll free Customer Service phone number or e-mailing customerservice@jinding.com with the Product/Sku/Model number of the tool and part number.


Do I need a receipt to obtain a part under warranty?

Yes, receipts are required as per the individual retailers warranty which you can find at the back of your owner's manual. If you would like to discuss the warranty please contact the retailer head office.


What forms of payment(s) do you accept?

We accept either Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


How long does it take to receive a parcel once it has been ordered?

Normally it takes between 10 to 14 business days to receive a part. Parts are shipped through Canada Post/ US Postal service.


What happens if I don’t receive my order?

Wait at least 14 business days then call Customer Service Department.


How do I track my parcel?

Typically orders are shipped using either Canada Post/ US Postal service. Both of these services provide a tracking number which can be used to track a package on their websites. You can obtain this number by simply speaking to one of our Customer Service Representatives.


May I pick up my order in person to save shipping?

Yes, you may pick up your parts at our Pickering, Ontario location during our hours of operation (9-5 Monday - Friday). However please have your order placed at least 1 day in advance and make sure you receive confirmation the part is in stock before coming in. Our address is 1410 Bayly street, Unit 7B, Pickering, Ontario.


Can I cancel an order?

An order can be cancelled as long as the charge has not already been authorized on the credit card provided at the time of purchase. Should you decide to cancel an order simply call one of our Customer Service Representatives. Please note: Authorizations typically are processed a few days after the order has been taken.


I received my order but it's missing parts or I received the wrong part.

Call a Customer Service Representative as soon as possible and they will investigate and get the missing parts /incorrect part (s) shipped in a timely manor.
